Do I need to be at home while you work?

Not at all. Many clients prefer to be elsewhere and return to a beautifully finished space. Others enjoy being part of the process. Both are entirely welcome. What matters is that you feel comfortable, and the work is always carried out with complete discretion and care for your home.

Will you throw anything away?

Never without your consent. Nothing leaves your home unless you've agreed to it. During the process, we'll set things aside that you may wish to part with, and you'll have the final say on every item. If you'd like, we can arrange thoughtful onward homes for items you no longer need.

How long will my project take?

It depends entirely on the space and the level of detail involved. A wardrobe might take a single day; a pantry with bespoke decanting and labelling may take two; a playroom refresh somewhere in between. After your Home Visit, you'll receive a clear written proposal with an estimated number of hours so there are no surprises. You can choose to have additional organisers to accelerates the pace while maintaining the same level of care.

Every project begins with a Home Visit (£95), where we walk through your spaces together, discuss how you live, and I take photos and measurements. Within a few days, you'll receive a written proposal outlining estimated hours, timings, and required products. Once you're happy to proceed, we book the project in and the work begins.

Do you source the storage and products?

Yes, sourcing is part of the service, and it's where much of the beauty of the finished space comes from. I'll recommend products that suit your home aesthetically and practically, and source everything on your behalf. Product costs are billed separately and always agreed with you in advance.

What does it cost?

The Home Visit is £95. All organising work is charged at £80 per hour per organiser, including planning, sourcing, installation and styling. Products are billed separately at cost. After your Home Visit, you’ll receive a clear written estimate. You can choose to have additional organisers to accelerates the pace while maintaining the same level of care.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. Discretion is at the heart of how I work. Nothing about your home, your belongings or our work together is ever shared without your express permission, including photographs. If you're happy for images to be used in my portfolio, that's a separate, written agreement.

Do you work alongside household staff or interior designers?

Yes, very happily. I'm used to working alongside housekeepers, nannies, PAs and interior designers, and I'm always mindful of fitting in respectfully with the household. If your interior designer is involved, I'm delighted to collaborate so the finished organisation complements the design of the home.

What areas do you cover?

I'm based in South Gloucestershire and work across the Cotswolds, including Cirencester, Tetbury, Nailsworth, Stroud, Painswick, Cheltenham and the surrounding villages. For projects further afield, please do get in touch, I'm happy to discuss travel.

What if I'd like ongoing help once the project is finished?

I offer an ongoing Home Reset service designed to keep your organised spaces running smoothly and feeling their best.

Once your project is complete, we can discuss what level of ongoing support would suit you, whether that’s a light refresh or a more structured monthly visit.

How do you handle my data and privacy?

Data privacy is a priority, adhering to GDPR principles. Information is only collected as needed and never shared without consent.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes, I hold a standard DBS check, giving clients reassurance when inviting me into their homes, particularly for projects involving children’s spaces or sensitive areas.

Are you qualified to do this work?

Yes, I specialise in home organisation, systems design and workflow optimisation, with a background in corporate risk management. My work combines practical organising expertise with structured planning, clear processes and a strong focus on client experience.
