In 2026, I founded Home Ergonomics to bring this sense of calm, beauty and ease to homes across South Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. I specialise in transforming everyday spaces into environments that feel lighter, more intentional and quietly luxurious.
My focus is on creating systems that support the way you live, simplifying routines, elevating daily moments and helping your home feel beautifully effortless.
I grew up in West Cork, Ireland, in a home where creativity was part of everyday life. My mother stitched patchwork quilts by hand, each one a slow, detailed piece of textile artistry. My father painted shop signs and murals with the precision of a traditional craftsman. Their world of colour, materials and meticulous hand work shaped the way I see space, and taught me the value of thoughtful, intentional design.
From an early age, I found calm in creating order. My pencils lived in perfect rainbow gradients, my school notes were beautifully presented, and I rearranged my bedroom endlessly in search of better flow. Organisation wasn’t a task; it was a way of creating peace.
That instinct stayed with me. Before founding Home Ergonomics, I spent years in the corporate world improving processes, refining systems and creating clarity in complex environments. It taught me how structure supports wellbeing, how efficiency creates ease, and how thoughtful design, whether in a workflow or a home, can transform the way people live.
That blend of creativity, craftsmanship and considered systems thinking is at the heart of everything I do today.
